Part Time Neat Freak Needed!
I am looking for
a well organized, efficient individual to assist me
approximately 10 hours per week. She should be
personable, professional, good phone etiquette; very
well organized, (a “neat freak”). Duties will
include but may not be limited to:
Typing correspondence
Working with spreadsheets
Computer proficiency and the ability
to learn new computer programs
Filing, scanning, and shredding
Organize office supplies and
Marketing Materials
Experience with
Microsoft Excel and Word a must!
Prior experience in the financial
planning or securities business helpful but not
mandatory
Flexible schedule - will likely work
10 hours a week, probably on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and
Thursdays. I expect the position to become
available in mid-April and be located in Longwood, ¼
mile west of I-4 on SR 434.

management firm is seeking a Para-planner, CFP® or CFP®
candidate with
at least two years industry experience
to assist in our financial planning and investment
management areas. To be considered, the
candidate must have at least an undergraduate
degree in Finance or preferably Personal
Financial Planning. Candidates with prior related
work experience in investments,
financial management and/or internships will be given
higher

Duties and areas of responsibility
include:
• FINANCIAL PLANNING PREPARATION :

process. Entering

working knowledge of financial planning
software including MoneyTree and
SunGard Systems and client relationship
management like ACT, Goldmine and
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and
Powerpoint) would be advantageous .
• INVESTMENT ANALYSIS :
Analyzing, managing and monitoring mutual fund and
professionally
managed portfolios according to our firm’s policies.
Preparing IPS,
initial (and rebalancing)
recommendations for senior planner review. Candidates
experienced with Morningstar Advisor
Workstation would be given higher priority.
•
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Attending and
taking notes at client meetings. Interacting
with clients to
update their information. Working closely with Senior
Planner and
Analyst team members and keeping them
informed of client issues. Coordinating
client paperwork with administrative
assistant.
